To start off 2019 in the best way possible, and to move one big step towards my goals, I decided to enroll in the 100 Day Challenge by Gary Ryan Blair.
The purpose of this course is to make you take massive action for 100 consecutive days in order for you to achieve any goal that you set. Everyday, the participants receive an email with a link containing a short but powerful video to start the day strong.
The reason I enrolled in the course is that, although I have confidence that I can successfully complete all of my 2019 goals, I feel like it would be a good idea to give myself a boost at the beginning of the year for 100 days, then sustain my momentum for the rest of the year.
Without further ado, let’s talk about the 3 goals I set for the next 100 days:
- I will easily publish one article every single day on my blog to positively impact as many people as possible. In other words, I will publish 100 new articles by the end of this challenge.
This one is a priority for me, as I want to successfully build my website and impact as many people as I can. Posting one article a day is far from being easy, but I’ll do my absolute best to achieve this one. Growing as a person as well as transforming people’s lives is my mission, so I must treat is as such.
February 2019 EDIT: I’ve decided to change this goal into ”I will easily publish 3 articles every single week on my blog to positively impact as many people as possible.”” The reason I’m making this change is because I’ve come to realize that writing a ton of content isn’t what’s going to make my blog grow: I, not only need to put high-quality content on my blog on a regular basis, but I also have to make sure that people can find my articles and this is a process that takes some time.
- I will easily learn 3000 new japanese words (30 words/day) while loving the process by the end of this challenge.
I love this language and the japanese culture so much that I can’t imagine my future without japanese being part of it. I’ve already been learning the language for a few years, but I still need to make massive progress.
- I will easily perform my morning ritual every day
I often wondered why my days were so unproductive. Later on, I found the answer: it was because of my morning routine. How you start the day is how you end the day. I need to make sure I’m at my best every morning, and most importantly, make sure I’m consistent with it.
Above are the 3 goals I publicly commit to achieving for the next 100 days.
It’s not going to be easy, but I know it’s doable if I put in the work. It’s just a matter of habit; this challenge will help me create and/or reinforce habits I want to experience more on a daily basis.
